The studio facility consists of two floor plans; one is the production studio and the other is the extra amenities. Either floor plan can be rented together or separately (hourly, daily or weekly) - whatever your requirements are. View studio floor plans and specifications here.

Facility Rentals - Policies and Booking Procedures:
- Studio commitment form must be filled out and signed to book.
This form includes:
1.The details of the production company (name, address, phone) or the party which we should invoice for the rent of the studio.
2. A credit card number for the damage deposit.
3. Anticipated start and end times for the days of shooting.
4. Exemption of liability.
- Booking – 50% deposit must be paid to confirm booking. All balances due are payable the date of the rental.
- Damage deposit - for multiple-day shoot, the damage deposit is one-days rent -- we will charge the damage deposit only if the studio is damaged or left dirty.
- Proof of insurance - prior to entering the studio the producer needs to present Studio 538 with proof of insurance or give Studio 538 a written statement exempting Studio 538 from any liability.
- Payment - is expected upon completion of shoot by credit card or check.
- Site liason – Studio 538 will provide a site liason to open and close the studio for the shoot. Should the production company need other assistance, they may hire the site liason at the rate of $75/hr.
- Schedule - please provide us with the start and end times for the shoot, so we can ensure the studio is open and closed accordingly. Also, if the start and end times change at short notice, please advise Studio 538 of these changes.
